We’ve been privileged to work with great clients over the years as they sought to make their websites more effective business tools. Here’s a selection of recent clients and a brief description of how we helped them.
Client: Brand Lab
Brand Lab is a boutique brand consultancy that serves lifestyle, retail and category brands. Brand Lab needed to redesign a seven year old website to better reflect their current practice focus and also wanted the ability to easily update content themselves. We worked with Carrie Williams, the principal at Brand Lab, and her designer to develop a unique site that’s all Brand Lab. As the site developed we provided consulting on SEO and information architecture practices and continue to work with Brand Lab periodically to monitor site marketing performance.
Client: Giant Magnet
For 25 years, Giant Magnet brought the performing arts to the children of Seattle with the annual Seattle International Children’s Festival. We designed a new site that maintained familiar branding elements an introduced a bit of whimsy to the site. Our use of WordPress enabled us to add site features such as group and individual list signup and to easily incorporate video content all of which could be easily managed by Giant Magnet’s business staff.
Sadly, Giant Magnet succumbed to the economic downturn, but we were very proud to have worked with them.
Client: McCarthy & Schiering
McCarthy & Schiering is one of Seattle’s premier wine shops and has a loyal local following. Their website needed to make it easy for locals to know what was happening at their shops and to entice people to stop by. We designed a new site that gave the M & S staff several ways to promote wines that they were enthused about as well as to inform locals about in store tastings and events.
Client: Sander Brand Culture
Sander Brand Culture is a recently launched brand consultancy aimed at the high fashion market. In their own words, SBC “…helps fashion brands ignite conversations that create movements.” We took a fresh, clean design and incorporated vibrant imagery that SBC found to deliver a colorful, high impact site.
Client: Studio East/Storybook Theater
Studio East provides theater arts education for children on Seattle’s Eastside. They serve over 70,000 kids annually with a comprehensive program of drama classes, theater arts camps, and theater productions and needed to update a very old website. A key requirement of the new site was the ability to control all of the site content in-house as information changes quickly. We created over half a dozen templates tailored to their content as well as custom import routines for the classes list they maintain and trained their staff on WordPress.
