There are three phases to our engagements – determining the current state of your online efforts, developing plans for how to improve those efforts and then kicking off the implementation of those plans with you.
We start with the basics – how does your website help your business now and what else can it be made to do? We’ll start with market and competitive research into your market along with a comprehensive website audit and a detailed look at your analytics so that we can evaluate how your current online efforts are performing. Since your online marketing should be integrated with the rest of your marketing efforts, we’ll also work to understand your entire marketing plan and how your online efforts fit in.
Armed with a clear understanding of how your online marketing is performing, we’ll work with you to develop an analysis of your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and then we’ll write up a set of clear, measurable online marketing goals. Our eye will be firmly on measurable ROI here – we need to be able to tell whether online activities are getting you closer to your goals or not. To that end, we’ll work with you to develop key performance indicators tailored to these goals. There may not be a magic bullet for your business, but it still helps to know where to aim the rifle.
Now that we know where you’re going, we need to determine how to get you there. We’ll develop a plan with specific, measurable activities that you can take to realize your online marketing goals. Because we strongly believe in having a powerful home base we’ll look especially closely at the architecture, performance and content on your website.
